The Bay Area Women's Percussion Troupe is a San Francisco Bay Area based non-profit corporation dedicated to highlighting women in percussion.

The Bay Area Women's Percussion Troupe's missions are the following:

• to provide opportunities for women to compose and perform percussion music
• to educate the public about percussion music
• to encourage young people to become involved in percussion
• to heighten public awareness of percussion music by women and performed by women
